This Department will fine-tune your craft as a vocalist, musician, or songwriter. Your department-specific classes and serving will collectively prepare you for real-life, creative ministry scenarios. In the Worship department, you will develop as a creative and musical leader. You will continue to grow in your chosen focus all while going deeper theologically and broadening artistically, translating all of this into dynamic worship ministry.
Yes! Once you are accepted into Hillsong College, you have the ability to apply for student housing and we are able to source local accommodation on your behalf. This is on a first come first serve basis and is not guaranteed. Hillsong College accommodation is shared living, in which you’re able to interact and live with other students. Generally, these properties are houses or apartments within Orange County. Please note that these properties are partially furnished (bed, bedframe and couch). Transportation is not provided, and it is the responsibility of each individual student. Depending on the size of the property, you may live with 4 – 7 other students. Alternatively, you are welcome to source your own local accommodation.
Our certificate courses are non-accredited vocational education. Through our Degree program and in contextualization partnership with Kairos University, as a Kairos student, you are awarded an accredited Bachelors's or Associates's degree.

At this time, Hillsong College USA does not provide scholarships or financial aid. Students provide for their fees in various ways – including saving before their course commences, working while they study, being sponsored by their home church or fundraising support within their community. We do offer a payment plan for students interested with a 5% fee added to the total cost. If you are unable to pay full-time semester fees, we encourage you to consider our flexible part-time options.
If you are in one of our DTP or Certificate programs, please allow at least 3-4 hours per subject. If you are entering the Kairos Degree program, please allow at least 6-8 hours per subject. Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Hillsong College is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of our student body. Right at the start of their journey, we welcome them into our community through orientations, information sessions and opportunities to get to know our Hillsong College team. Throughout their studies, students have access to emotional and practical support through our Pastoral Care Team and can access academic advice and assistance through our learning support system.
